Daar is klaarblyklik ook nie meer 'n 10 kilometer (sommiges het geglo dit is 10 %) spoedgrasie soos in die verlede nie en motoriste sal glo nou beboet word vir elke kilometer vinniger as die bepaalde spoedgrens in elke gebied.
